Delaware singer/songwriter Kyle Swartzwelder is out with a new full length of country folk music, Canadian Pacific. As on his previous EP’s, Swartzwelder is backed by a full band comprised of Nate Gonzalez (piano, accordion, organ), John Farrell (pedal steel), Ryan Snyder (upright bass), and Tommy Geddes (drums) as well as guest performances by Erik Sayles (electric guitar), Carolyn Tapper, Laura Shay, and Nancy Micciulla (vocals). His fifth release is self-assured and mature, striking a fine balance between fine songcraft and expressive performance.
