San Diego based male-female blues/rock duo, Little Hurricane, follow-up their electrifying debut, Homewrecker, with Gold Fever. Recorded over the course of two weeks on vintage equipment and inspired by the rich history of California gold mining, the twelve track record features lady drummer CC (Celeste Spina) and guitarist Tone (Anthony Catalano) on another swampy set of dirty soulful blues. This time around Little Hurricane seems to spend more attention crafting their narrative tales, and merged with their blues sensibility, the results are amazing.
