Seattle based blues trio More Primitive will soon be out with More Primitive, their follow-up to 2012’s Cafe Racer recorded and dedicated, City Man. Frontman Ben Todd (guitar, vocals) is joined by Kristian Garrard (drums) and Luke Bergman (bass) on this collection of ten old timey, Delta sounding Americana blues. With finger-picked guitar and personal reflections on life, friends, and simplicity, the title refers to both the soul of the album as well as the creative process, which began in Todd’s remote shack in New Mexico.
