The Mississippi based, southern music influenced band Water Liars is out with their eponymously titled third full-length. Since last year’s Wyoming, the duo of Justin Kinkel-Schuster (vocals, guitar) and Andrew Bryant (drums, vocals) expanded with the inclusion of G.R. Robinson (bass). Like its predecessor, these eleven tracks have a dark, melancholy narrative style that speaks of hard times, learning to roll with the punches and treasure life’s joys, while stylistically showing a diverse blend of rock, folk, and alt-country.
